A non-refundable $75 deposit applies per person, per appointment. It secures your studio booking and is deducted from your total; the remaining balance is settled on the day of your appointment.

Studio bookings made 72 hours or more ahead are confirmed instantly once the deposit is paid. Bookings made inside 72 hours are held for Sara to confirm - your card is authorised but not charged until she does.

Please book using your real name and your own contact details. Bookings made under a false name or another person's identity may be cancelled, and the deposit is non-refundable. Accurate details let us confirm your appointment, send reminders and reach you if anything changes.

• The $75 deposit is non-refundable.
• We don't offer reschedules. To change your date or time, cancel and book again.
• Cancelling with 24 hours' notice or more forfeits the deposit only.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount.
• Charges are only ever applied by Sara directly - your card is kept on file with your consent, never billed automatically.
• No-shows may be unable to book online again.

A 15-minute grace period applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee and your service may be shortened to protect the next client.

Bridal makeup begins with a studio trial and is quoted by enquiry. Quotes include travel, which is confirmed by location and start time. Event bookings require a minimum of four people.

Hair styling is provided in-studio by Mya Kaake. Listed hair prices may vary depending on the intricacy, thickness and length of the hair; any difference is confirmed before your appointment.
